back in 2011, i was living in indonesia studying gamelan. i'd been there for a couple years by this point and was starving for fresh western sounds to tickle my ear drums. a friend of mine brought me a year end best of 2011 december issue of wire magazine and i ate it up with a spoon.  kuedo's debut record, 'severant', was among the records i learned about through that issue, and i promptly downloaded it and devoured it.  five years later i'm happy to give his latest effort a spin and learn that kuedo still keeps it fresh and interesting.  moody soundtracky electro sounds on this fine release.
