this man is getting a lot of buzz lately, so i thought i'd see what all the fuss was about. at first i wasn't as into it, because i couldn't really tap my foot to it. but, then i kinda started thinking of it more like contempo classical, like morton feldman type stuff, and then i could get down with it, couching it that way. still doesn't make me reach for it all that often. still, i could say the same about most contemporary classical that i own, and that doesn't make me respect it any less. ya gotta be in the right mood. when you are, it hits the spot.
